Will it hurt?
It may be that there are tender areas that can cause mild pain to your body. This pain will pass usually resulting in better movement and circulation to the nerves of the body. All pain that can be experienced is generally 'a good pain'. Adjustments to pressure, technique and support can be made to suit you throughout the treatment
How much will it cost?
Depending on what treatment you choose approximately £37 (aromatherapy oils will increase this price slightly).
What do I have to do before a treatment?
Have a few minutes to check your body for any cuts or infections that could affect the treatment from taking place.Cover the cuts with a suitable dressing.Should you spot any infection or change in the appearance of the skin please contact me as this may need medical attention. Bruising, recent fractures or breaks will need time to heal and will be worked around if possible. Chronic conditions will need a brief discussion with your doctor to determine if complementary therapies would be beneficial during your recovery/ management of condition.
Should I continue taking medication that has been prescribed?
Yes...Complementary Therapies can not claim cure, diagnose or prescribe.
What should I do if I can't have the treatment booked?
If for any reason you are not available at the time booked...please don't worry just contact me and I will be more than happy to rearrange.
